Class Policy

1.  All students must pre-register. Classes are filled on a first come first served basis & payment must be made at time of pre-registration.
2.  Some classes have minumum or maximum enrollment; & in the case of maximum, a waiting list will be kept.
3.  If a student cancels at least four days prior to class date, or if enrollment is not met, a refund can be made.
4.  All classes start promptly, plan to arrive 10-15 min. early with all necessary supplies.
5.  You are required to have a working knowledge of your machine, & it should be in good working order. Bring accessories & book to class.
6.  Children & visitors are not permitted in classes & cell phones need to be turned off. If an emergency arises, family can call Quilter's Quarters (936-756-7200) & we will convey the message.
7.  It is understood that you accept this policy when you register for a class.
